Refunds for UMock subscriptions are final. Refunds are determined by multiple factors including if the subscription has been activated, usage, and if the subscription has expired.
“Usage” means you have either intentionally or unintentionally clicked, or viewed, any page containing content for any subscription you have purchased.
UMock reserves the right to update the refund policy at any time. At the time a refund is requested, eligibility will be determined by the refund policy that was in effect at the time of purchase.
When you purchase a UMock subscription, you will need to activate the subscription when you’re ready to start using it. Your subscription plan does not start when you purchase; it starts when you activate it from your account. Once you activate the subscription, your subscription plan will begin, and you will have 10 days to request a refund. Any refund requests submitted after 10 days from activation will not be eligible.
Subscriptions that have not been activated are eligible for a full refund within 90 days from purchase. A $20 administrative processing fee will be applied. After 90 days from purchase, no refunds will be considered for any subscription that has not been activated.

You can cancel your subscription and request a refund by logging into your account and clicking “Manage Plans”. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click “Cancel”. This will take you to a page that provides the refund amount you are eligible for, and the subscription usage.
Subscriptions part of the course package are offered at discounted rates. Refunds will be determined based on the discounted rate and the individual usage of each subscription within the entire course package, including the Course, Qbank, Flashcards, Assessments, and EKG Review.
If the course subscription is canceled, then the entire course package will be automatically canceled and refund amounts will be determined based on the discounted price and usage of each subscription.
Once you have activated the course package, all subscriptions within the course package will become activated. Depending on the course package purchased, this includes the Qbank, Flashcards, Mock Assessment, and the EKG Review.

Some UMock subscriptions contain a “Reset” option. If you have used the reset option on any subscription, you are not eligible for any refund.
UMock subscriptions are intended to be used on a desktop computer or laptop. We offer mobile compatibility on certain operating systems and devices as an additional feature. Refunds will not be considered for any subscription due to an ability to use the subscription on either a supported, or unsupported mobile device.
Subscription purchases may not be converted to another subscription on the same user account and may not be transferred to another user.
