www.UMock.com, owned and operated by UMock, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Site”) has implemented the follow policies and procedures (the “Privacy Policy”) to dictate how we handle the acquisition, storage, dissemination and distribution of data gathered by our visitors.

While we aim to keep the data of visitors secure, we will do so at an appropriate level and abide by the terms of this Privacy Policy to the best of our ability.

Users may come across links to other websites while visiting the Site. We cannot control or be held responsible for any issues related to privacy or data that users may experience on those websites. Personal information

The Site will ask for personal information whenever a visitor requests to register with the Site. By submitting the required form to us, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data, including but not limited to, your full legal name, mailing address, email address, phone number and educational background. We will also collect credit card information for billing purposes if you wish to place an order for our product offerings. Any information presented by the User to our website or out team members will be collected.

Use of collected data

As the Site requires all users to be at least 13 years of age, the Site does not intend to or knowingly collect any data from anyone under the age of 13.

The Site’s main reason for collecting the personal data of our visitors is to provide any visitors with a better overall experience when using or visiting the site.  The collected data can assist us by providing how and what to update and improve regarding our site content, service content, site experience, site operation and functionality, to update certain areas to better serve our visitors, to enforce our Terms and to provide users with information as needed. If a visitor continues to use our site, the user will be considered to have expressly agreed to our Privacy Policy and allows us to use the collected personal data for various reasons as we deem necessary.

Software Detection

UMock uses JavaScript to detect any unwanted software that can copy UMock content including but not limited to screenshotting, copying, recording, or printing.

Any unwanted software detected will require the user to close the application before UMock is made accessible. UMock will not be liable for any damages caused by downloading programs required for the use of UMock services.

Automatic gathering of data

Certain data will automatically be collected from any visitors that visit our Site, including IP addresses, browser types, access times, domain names and computer operating systems. Data that is gathered automatically will be done so as follows:

• Determination of IP address and location following use of third-party applications
• Retention of any personal contact information gathered through service inquiries
• Retention of any data gathered from practice exams, notes and other use of our software
• Network and device performance data, method of access and preferred languages may also be automatically gathered and retained

Possibility of cookies use by site

When visitors visit the Site, they must understand that the Site may choose to use cookies to gather data. You acknowledge and accept the use of cookies by the Site and agree the data may be shared with third-party advertisers.

Data storage and security

The Site collects and stores data in various manners depending on the type of data collected. For personal information, the Site generally will store the data until the User requests for the data to be deleted. However, the Site may retain a copy of the otherwise deleted data for legal or financial matters. For service information, the Site will generally store this data until a User subscription has expired. Following subscription expiration, the Site will generally archive (back up) the collected data. Archived, as well as any other form of stored data, will be kept secure in accordance with the best efforts of the Site. If any service is provider to a User through a separate organization, subscription-related data may be kept by the organization until the organization’s administrator determines that deletion or storage of the data would be unnecessary or irrelevant. Once the administrator makes this determination, the administrator may choose to delete or archive the data at his or her discretion.

The Site may store and secure the data as the Site deems fit. We will put forth best efforts to make sure the data is secure. However, the Site cannot guarantee the security of your data and the User acknowledges the risks associated with using our Site. As such, the Site shall not be held liable to the unlawful taking of any User’s data.

The Site is able to use and/or disclose any collected data from visitors as the Site deems necessary. The Site offers User communications of various types. Users are free to cancel or decline communications from the Site at any time and the Site will put forth best efforts to abide by the User’s wishes regarding communications.

Telephone calls

The Site can elect to contact any User by telephone if the number has been provided by the User. Any recordings or information provided during a phone call would be collected, stored and used similar to any other procedures detailed in this Privacy Policy.

Updating personal information

Users are responsible for providing initial personal information to the Site and must put forth best efforts to keep the information up-to-date as the information changes over time.

Protection of collected data

While we will put forth best efforts to protect any collected data we gather from visitors, visitors should also put forth best efforts to protect their own data by choosing secure passwords and using appropriate security on their end.

If a User believes that his or her account has been compromised, the User should immediately contact the Site and put forth best efforts to secure the account by changing passwords.

Phishing emails

Do not provide personal information or account credentials through emails that appear to have been sent by the Site. We will never request login credentials by this method and any attempt to do so is likely a phishing attempt.
